Maybe people even think you are a difficult person from time to time! This workshop will focus on the 7 most common types of difficult people as well as different strategies for dealing effectively and professionally with each type.

Dealing with difficult people becomes easier when we think of them as simply being ‘different’ people as opposed to those sent from ‘below’ to make your life miserable! The workshops will touch on anger management, conflict resolution, verbal self-defense and the use of scripting with difficult people.
This is a condensed version of our powerful 12 Week Coaching Program which goes into more depth and covers more different personality types. By galvanizing their mental attitude, participants are able to create an armor that is impervious to the negative behaviour of others.
This is workshop will give you working INSIGHT into what motivates difficult behaviour and how to cope effectively with challenging people. More than this, many people will recognize much of their own behaviour while learning about the different types which can be a great motivator for personal growth.
